RSNIFY by Erica Joaquin will be happy to resolve your issue should any of the coasters be faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

Please send an email to erica@rsnify.com with a full description of the damage and a picture, otherwise, repair may not be fulfilled. 

If the damage occurs outside the two weeks from the day of delivery, there will be no replacement of any of the coasters. 

Please note that all items are Final Sale and that shipping delays may occur due to COVID19.

These products are not for consumption and are intended solely for the functionality of decoration purposes. Do not consume the products as they may be harmful. 

The coasters will most likely appear slightly different than what is photographed as each coaster is handcrafted to be one-of-a-kind, similar to our experiences. Texture and small air bubbles are a part of the designs.

Each order can take up to 7-10 business days to create, so please plan accordingly.
